Frequently asked questions
I understand that many have not worked with a health coach before and thus may have many questions with regard to the relationship with a coach and so on. I have listed some of the common questions and my answers below.
HOW OFTEN DO WE MEET and where?
We meet twice monthly for a period of 6 months in total. Depending on our remote locations and lifestyles, we either have the session in person in a quiet cafe or online via a video call or through a phone call. Each session is 60 minutes long.
how much does the program cost?
The fees quoted during the initial consultation is fixed and you will not be held liable to pay additional costs, should there be any changes to the fees during the course of your program.
AM i allowed to drop out of the program due to personal reasons?
If you opt to withdraw from the program or are absent for sessions, you will remain responsible for the pro rata share of the program that has been delivered, plus a cancellation fee of $150. The cost of future undelivered sessions will be refunded back to you in full.
Do note that the program can be cancelled at any point of time if I feel that it proves disadvantageous for you to continue. If this happens, you will only be responsible for the pro rata share of coaching services received.

Stemming from the initial health consultation, we will review and look at the specific chronic disease that you have been pre-diagnosed with.
We will start first and foremost with nutrition, physical activity and/or stress management. These pillars form the frontier of building an optimal lifestyle from the beginning and can help shape your pre-diagnosis later on. Every consultation is different and tailored specifically to your needs.
Each session provides a safe and comfortable environment for you to speak aloud and voice your issues and successes.
