Get to know Melissa:
Melissa is an American Council of Exercise (ACE) Personal Trainer and an Institute for Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. She currently specialises in helping women aged 30 to 40 who are pre-diagnosed with chronic illnesses such as diabetes, high blood pressure and arthritis get off their medications. Get to know Marilyn:
Marilyn initially started practising yoga as a way to keep fit. It was only after she took her teacher training course in 2015 that yoga became a passion. Her classes are partial towards a slower, more grounded practice, placing emphasis on a safe and mindful practice, and lots of laughter! Ever since she completed her 60 hour of Restorative Yoga teacher training and 100 hour Yin Yoga teacher trainng in 2018, Marilyn became passionate about sharing about the importance of rest and relaxation with her students. She currently teaches at Freedom Yoga and Level Wellness. Find her on Instagram.
